Savour the Season is headed by Maurice (Moe) Vidotto, who handcrafts and prepares his products in Guelph, Ontario. Born in Venice, Italy, Moe’s love of food started at an early age, with the inspiration of his mother’s simple rustic food. He believes that authentic and fresh foods are the most exceptional and hopes to share his passion for food with others by preparing his products with as much love and care as possible. Classically trained at the Culinary Institute of Canada, in Charlottetown, PEI with over 28 years of experience, Moe is devoted to sharing his enthusiasm for time honored traditional cuisine. A lover of the outdoors and an avid gardener, he is passionate about sustainability and preserving the integrity of nature through his craft. The inspiration for this endeavor stems from the desire to create something unique that reflects his personal ideals, professional training and love for handcrafted food.
